The English Language (Legal Terminology) module is a horizontal teaching unit prescribed as a module taught in various stages of the law specialization in all its branches (first stage Bachelor's, second stage Master's, third stage Doctorate(

These lectures target first-year law students, as this module focuses on translating legal terms from Arabic to English with the aim of enriching the student's linguistic and cognitive balance so that he can:

- Identify the various uses of legal terms and concepts and then be able to translate them.

- Acquire a set of terms in English and the possibility of employing them in formulating meaningful legal sentences and phrases, considering that English has become a global language of communication today.

The preparation of the lectures  was based - as a personal effort - on the modules taught during the first and second semesters, where the Introduction to Legal Sciences module was relied upon as a subject containing multiple basic concepts .
